Principles
Subjects will be passed to the checkweigher through conveyors. Once they reach the checkweigher, a laser sensor will be waiting at the measurement part. When subjects pass through the laser sensor and reach the measurement part, the weighing procedure starts. A load cell under the conveyor of the measurement part weighs the subjects. The results will be displayed on the monitor and the data will be stored in a micro-computer.
The micro-computer will make comparison based on the 3 parameters (i.e. overweight, standard, and underweight) we have set. Once the subjects are not within the range, they will be selected out by the rejection devices. All the data can be printed out.
Applications
1. Suitable for automatic production line and logistic industry to detect the quality of the products or to sort objects by weight.
2. It is widely used in pharmacy, food industry, hardware manufacturing, and chemical industry.
3. Compared to manual work, it provides higher liability and quality consistency.
