DN-380 Automatic Conveyor Needle Detector is one of basic models of our company. It is good for clothing,shoes,toys,textiles,knitwear and so on. It is fit to any enterprises which need detect broken needle or ferromagnetic metal.
The DN-380 can keep a long time to work,the efficiency can reach 100% when properly used.The detection sensitivity can be adjusted between 0-10 levels according to the different products being tested.Operation board is light touching-type, easy to operate.
When the machine detect the broken needle, or Ferromagnetic metal, it will alarm by sound and light,the conveyor belt will stop working or return to the start point,and then move automatically again.Specially,the DN-380 has protection circuit, it will auto-stop if no detection goods in 10 minutes.
