Operating mode：Three operating modes

A.The dynamic model：Normal pipeline mode；

B.static model：After the material enters the weighing platform, the weighing platform stops operation and is weighed to improve the accuracy. It is suitable for products with less than 20 passes per minute；

c.Energy saving mode：(optional) On the basis of A and B modes, energy saving mode can be opened. Set the downtime period when no material passes. When the equipment idles for a long time, it will automatically stop.

Automatic fault detection：Self-detection: motor, inverter, AD, sensor and photoelectric normal and fault causes and cylinder, solid state relay, solenoid valve guidance detection. Convenient for non-professional inspection and maintenance.

Peripheral communication：Standard RS-485 and RS-232 double communication port output.

a.The RS-485 interface is MODBUS, RTU standard protocol, but can modify the write address (57600bps, 8, N, 1, slave station number is 3) cannot be modified.

b.(optional)  The RS-232 interface is a user-defined protocol, and you can set the content of sending commands by yourself. (57600bps, 8, N, 1) can be modified.

Communicated devices such as external printers or coding machines can also be connected to front and rear packaging machines and production equipment to feedback weighing results so that formula parameters can be automatically modified.
